Our general terms and conditions apply to all quotations and assignments. For specific work (wall repair, ceiling restoration, moisture damage), separate provisions apply in the quotation.

Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint? We kindly ask you to first contact our customer service vianewtopicplace@outlook.comor by phone via+61478239416. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.

If you cannot resolve the matter with us, we point out the possibility of alternative dispute resolution. Consumers can use the European ODR platform:ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. For specific industry disputes, we refer to the Chamber of Commerce.

All agreements are governed by Australian law. The court of Sydney has exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
